A few dreams ive had recently... read all about it lol

Just a heads up I had a stillborn baby boy in 2022 and some of my dreams are me dreaming of situations revolving this...

Dream #1 I woke up from a dream this morning where I had visited the pediatricians office without a baby, (a little info my second son was stillborn in 2022, and I have a 6yo boy) I remember telling them I had 3 children when I only have 2 knowingly,(I'm not currently trying to have another child, I'm a single mother to my 6yo) and I think for whatever reason when I am dreaming, I feel confused in these kinds of dreams like I know I had a baby but I'm unsure where he is.?? I ended up leaving the office and ran into someone I watch on YouTube, and I told her hey I watch your videos...

Dream #2 Another dream I had is I was boarding a plane with my 6yo and it was a long line, it feels like this plane is an unusually long one, as I'm boarding I tell the lady I need a round trip not a one way, she gives me a ticket with the date of 2015 or 2005 (I'm unsure as numbers can get blurry in my dreams) I tried to explain to her the date didn't make sense.. I continue to board and another mother and her child took our seat where we was originally going to sit at.. and I woke up...
