Could this have a spiritual meaning or does it mean nothing

For many years now the majority of my dreams, for whatever reason, have taken place at my grandmother's house (the house my mom grew up in). Whatever was happening in my dreams I always seem to end up at my grandmother's house somehow.

Ever since my grandmother was moved into a nursing home recently due to dementia, I haven't had a single dream that's taken place at her house. Ever since she moved into the nursing home, my dreams have been taking place at my mom's house instead.

This seems rather strange to me. I wonder if there is some kind of spiritual connection or meaning
