This is certainly something to be grateful for, yet perhaps your lack of frequency is by design (and can be nearer to 0%). Mental conditioning is so important as a part of this...when you understand the impact of perspective you can see how one person's nightmare can be another person's learning opportunity. And how talking about them can be the very first step in not having them again (or at least not in the way that they *feel* like nightmares after one has fully "caught up" and adjusted). Attitude/approach/willingness/balance are all factors (like filters) in how we *perceive* dreams that interact with us (regardless of speculations about dream/nightmare sources). Dreams can always grow our perspectives, and as our minds get blown open, they become much more accepting and able to handle new experiences. One might even guess this is one of the fundamental purposes of dreaming, and nightmares can certainly fit neatly into this concept.
