I always dream and I look forward to dreaming!
I often dream about places, I have visited and the geography is a bit different but always recognable. The feeling and mood I am in is very happy and I hope to have similar dreams, soon!

I've had experiences when I was a younger adult where I found myself in a town I'd never visited before (or really even thought about) and realized I'd seen different places there in dreams. It freaked me out. I wasn't sure what to make of it but finally decided that synchronicities such as that are just acknowledgements that things are unfolding as they should in my life and I hadn't wondered off of my path. More recently I've found that I don't dream of familiar locations or even strange new ones anymore. Most of my dreams take place in the same city (but one I don't know in waking life). Its almost like a city from tv or movie set that you begin to recognize in various shows (Hazzard from the Dukes of Hazzard is the background town in a ridiculous amount of shows). I'm not sure what to make of that either. It isn't a theme of any particular dream. It just occurred to me one day that several dreams unfolded in the same geographic location that I've never experienced outside of my dreams.

Heh, without a doubt it is fun to speculate about! In my analytical experience, every time I try to categorize a dream type or location, I get a new one that bursts out of my silly box, heh, so my lesson-taken-to-heart was to look for patterns and enjoy the variety (even when I recognize similarities) without going so far as to try and make or impose "rules" for the dreams. I swear that making rules of the patterns is like putting *ourselves* in a box...

CC, I love that your dreams are so stimulating you come here to share that excitement with us--I too have had some that make me *so* very happy and fill me with the wish to broadcast so others might be able to share in the wondrousness. My speculation is this: the more you are pleased with and pay attention to your dreams, the more of those kinds you will have. :) So dream on!

(And if you want to increase your fun and perhaps honor those visits/visions, try recalling more and more details in them and sharing those with us. Then we can better enjoy them with you; for example, where did you go in your last dream that made you so happy? What did you see or do and how did that resonate with you? Did it add any new feelings or experiences to familiar areas?)

I also dream about a city or town I am not familiar with. I dream about train or bus travel, (I have travelled in the UK quite a lot by train and bus). I enjoy my dreams and I hope visit locations I dream about or search them online to hopefully inspire future dreaming.

You might ponder what these cities mean to you and how they might speak to your life now.

I haven't traveled much, yet I am able to see the world in my dreams, I often ponder where am I going to visit next, sometimes it is the French Alps, maybe Egypt, Green Land was cold but I felt warm, there is a beautify in travelling in our dreams, it is just us and the world.
