Last night I had a dream that I was going to a very large house to help a girl/woman move some stuff from her van into a room on the back of a house.
The room had a lot of glass on it like a Florida room.
The woman looked kinda like Ann Hathaway.
Once I was inside the room, it turned out that the inside of the house was like a mall.
I could see down a long hallway with shops everywere and the theme of each shop seemed to be exactly what I was interested in.
I like WW1 history, and sure enough there is a shop that sells WW1 books, artifacts and trinkets.
I was interested in a watch and there just happened to be a watch shop.
The other thing that I noticed was that the mall was empty of people.
Not a soul around.
Like the mall was closed.
As I was looking around, I met this guy in his 40s who seemed distracted but was friendly enough.
I spoke with him about how cool this mall was and his response was kinda like how people who don't know how to take a complement.
sheepishly saying thanks.
Hanging around with this guy, it was like he was showing off the mall.
As I was looking at things, it appeared that things were slightly off.
Like looking at something you are familiar with and you notice a shape or a detail is wrong.
At first it was distracting, but after a while it was getting creepy.
Soon, I was picking up that the gist of the dream is that there was some kind of magic that created the shops and everythin in it.
The guy who was so focused on the unseen was somehow resposible for creating everything in the mall.
The parts that were off were caused by his lack of knowledge on a particular subject or object.
Somehow I was lured into this mall to help him fill in the gaps with my knowledge and imagination.
He wanted to manifest things in the mall that he wasn't aware of.
He was hungry for new interests and new perspectives.
All I had to do was think of things and he would create it ... then he would wander off in the mall to explore the new things.
It ended with me suggesting that the mall be open to more folks to expand the knowledge base and interests.
But the guy seemed reluctant to do this as people also steal, break and disrepect the things in the mall.
Thats how it abruptly ended.
I woke up wanting to get back there to see more.
