Weird snake Dream?

Ever since I was a child I have always had extremely vivid dreams usually in first person and they feel so real that I can feel everything even down to pain and wind in my hair.
Well I have been with my fiancé for a while now and I've had occasional dreams about him cheating on me but this one was very disturbing and quite frankly terrifying.
So the dream was in first person view except I was in my fiancés body but had no control over the dream. In my dream he had just gotten a new job at a big box store similar to Walmart the dream was pretty boring at first him just doing normal tasks and helping his co worker blow up basket balls, after she went on break his manager had asked him for help finding personal items he lost around the store well in the midst of this a young blond woman came up to my fiancé asking him for help finding her jewelry. After finding it she requested him to bring it into her office and this is where the dream got scary.
Remember I'm in first person view at this point so she's asking to have sex and my fiancé kept saying no I have A wife and pushed her off multiple times well eventually after her saying your wife won't find out he gave in I will spare you the details but it was very vivid and felt extremely real well in the middle of the "deed" she opened her mouth and a snake tongue came out! my fiancé panics and tells her not to hurt him and that he will continue sleeping with her if she doesn't hurt him. she then sticks her snake tongue down his throat and sucks the life out of him afterwards in my dream I felt extremely light headed and dizzy. The next thing I know in the dream police are banging on the door looking for said woman and my fiancé is trying to explain what happened but they tell him he's lying because he was only in there for no less than a minuet and he needs to leave before he's arrested too. Before I woke up another guy approached my fiancé and told him the same thing happened to him and he's never been the same the dream ended with my fiancé feeling guilty and feeling horrible then I just woke up.

My fiancé has never cheated on me at all I have his phone with me when I go to work since mine in currently broken we both know each others passwords for everything and have access to each others social medias just because, so I know 100% he is not actually cheating I just want to know what the hell this dream was because I'm very freaked out and concerned.

Hi Penguin6329, Thanks for sharing your dream.

I hope that I can put you mind at rest as this dream is most likely not what it appears!

The most important aspect of dream interpretation is that everything in a dream represents an aspect of YOU. So it's not about your fiancé cheating on you (phew!).

Firstly, what are the positive traits of your fiancé? Being your fiancé in the dream is most likely the dream trying to encourage you to adopt one of his positive traits (or eliminate a negative trait that you share).

We then see a work context, and a basketball - both of these symbols represent career (basketballs are orange and black which are the colours usually associated with career).

The young blond woman is one of your guides (the blonde hair is usually a giveaway, representing purity of thought), and she is asking you to get in touch with a gift you have brought with you in this incarnation (the jewelry is precious, and our gifts are precious aspects of ourselves). The dream is trying to get you intimately in contact with your feminine energy - i.e. heart/feelings energy. So having sex in this part is nothing to do with being unfaithful! It's actually a really good thing to see in a dream.

Then the snake tongue. The snake in this context represents your counselling gift (In the Chinese astrological system, people born under the sign of the snake are said to
be wise and wisdom in dreams indicates counseling). Counselling works through your female energy (hence the intimacy with the blonde woman) and although it is a requirement to be trained officially in order to practice, it is not learned from books or tuition. It comes through living life on the outside always looking in at others, including your friends, and seeing their individuality and why they get on and what’s going on when they do not. From a young age, friends will automatically have sought you out for advice as they are drawn by your aura. The tongue symbolises using your counselling ability via talking with people.

However, the negative and scary experience of the snake tongue 'sucking the life out of me' is probably your subconscious reaction to the idea of using your counselling gift - i.e. you're probably don't view it as something you would want to get into.

The police pretty much always represent your guides.

So the dream is encouraging you to connect with your feelings/heart energy in order to develop your counselling gift, and that you could even pursue a career in counselling.

Does any of this resonate?

:)

Hi Olly! thank you for replying to my post everything you said makes so much sense now that I look at it from that perspective and its actually a bit eerie in a way. My fiancé has so many positive traits I can't even list them all however one of the unfortunately negative traits that we both need to work on is communication! I honestly tend to jump the gun and not really listen to what he has to say which tends to lead to conflict which is one of my defense mechanisms due to a mentally and emotionally rough upbringing. I tend to get very defensive which is something I've been working on for a while.

Now the part about the young blond woman and her being one of my guides in this incarnation really struck a cord with me because you were spot on about her wanting me to get in touch with a "Gift" I have. I was told previously by a medium (not sure if you believe in them or not) that I am a spiritual empath and ever since I was a child I've always seemed to just know things before they even happen sometimes its a dream that comes true later on, sometimes its just a thought that pops up in my head about someone or something and than that same thing will happen the same day or even days later, I also can feel energy in the room shift and can read people just by looking at them. I couldn't even tell you the amount of times I've had dreams about loved ones that have passed or have received messages from the other side. I have pushed this part of me so far down inside and far away from everyone due to fear of judgement or being labeled as "crazy" so it totally makes sense that my guide would want me to get in touch with the gift and embrace it.

The counseling gift you mentioned is also so spot on I wasn't born under the snake sign I was born under the bull as I'm a taurus however I am currently studying psychology in college and was planning to become a mental health counselor for children and yes I've always had people just come up to me and spill their whole life story to me without me even asking any deep questions. I have always been drawn to the troubled people those who need help and those who are misunderstood so again this makes so much sense!

Now the dream makes so much more sense I will definitely work more on connecting with my feeling and heart energy and work more on listening to my guides as that's what they're here for to help guide me through this incarnation. Everything you said resonated with me on such a deep level thank you again Olly I appreciate your insight!

That's a pleasure and you are most welcome - I'm so glad it makes sense now :). Yes, the tongue symbol picks up on the communication issue between you and your fiance that you have recognised - and that's great you are aware of this and working on it.

Go well in your psychology course and the counselling :).

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out.

Best wishes,

Olly
