With everything that's going on in the world at the moment with coronavirus, and the constant exposure to the news via the media, internet, and beyond, I find myself sleeping very well every night. Normally when something is playing on my mind like this I'd be quite disturbed during sleep.
Are other people sleeping ok too? Is everything playing on anyone's mind enough to make you sleep badly?
