Ostrich God
Their visual perception must be somewhat distinct from the physical world when the humour of their mind isn’t tactile. If sleep is mental time travel then the pacifism of an ostrich is a reminder that their sleep won’t alter the external time of the physical world for us humans. In other words the mind of an ostrich is independent of the temporal perception of a human.
