Predictive dream, or coincidence?

I once dreamt that I broke my leg in a car accident and a few days later (within the same week) I actually broke my leg. Not in a car accident though, but in a sports (baseball) accident (bad sliding while stealing 2nd).
Predictive dream or coincidence?

Maybe a "premonition", or a "vision" of the broken leg.
Was the break, in the dream, the same spot in your leg, as the sport accident?
