I have some different experiences while sleeping. I'd like to share.
This one is from my childhood. When I was about 5 years old, I went to school, we had a nap time.
And I could never fall asleep in the afternoon. But one day I had a very different feeling.
I felt as if I could control my sleep, I just closed my eyes and I felt i could do some spiral movements with my eyes.
When I started to feel this movement of going round I could feel I was really about to fall asleep. And then I felt my soul going up and round out of my body, and that was like jumping into sleep, and I fell sleep in a second.
I was trying to find somewhere someone who already ve been through it. I'd like to know what is it. and If someone had felt it.
