Strange dream unlike any I have experienced.

This is my first time sharing on this site. I am looking forward to feedback. I want to get it out before I forget, as it was a few days ago.

The dream starts with me and another (unknown) gentleman walking into a deep underground very large cavern that is lighted (somehow) from a large tunnel. We sauntered into it not speaking and when we entered it we looked and saw 3 huge stone creatures hovering. They were not bipedal but looked like a huge solid stonelike propellor (maybe 15 ft long with a couple of feet in width) floating horizontal, and they were moving slightly in place. Instantly I felt their power which gave me the instant impression they were indestructible or something... and ancient. I sensed they were conscious and observing us. I also felt like we were not supposed to be there so fear enveloped me. I thought we cannot escape but I turned and ran as fast as I could into the tunnel with my partner following. We ran and ran upwards through what appeared to be lava tunnels and eventually we entered a building from below it. The tunnel kind of entered the building. Once we were there we felt safe from them. That was it... The dream bothers me because there is something about what I saw that feels REAL! I have dreams every night but only a handful in my 59 years that made me contemplate them incessantly like this one.

Not too exciting but I welcome feedback. Please no generic dream comments. Some background on me to help. I am 59 years old. I started life very poor and lived in bad places. As a child I never liked being told what to do and still don't lol. I felt like a prisoner in school and as a child learned how to leave schools and wander the streets. This started in first grade when my teacher at lunch told me she didn't care if I ever came back so I left and walked home. Right out of High School with a very high ASVAB score I served just under 10 yrs in the USMC (Avionics), got out and worked in many technical positions over time. Eventually I built my own company (Metrology and test equipment repair) which I sold 5 years ago for a very large sum of money. I split off a division of that company when I sold it and proceeded to invest everything in it over the last 5 years. In year 2 I got Covid and spent 5 weeks in the hospital 2 weeks and then 1 week out and back for 3 more with a blood clot in my lung. I was on oxygen for almost 10 months and missed a year of work. I was a physically ripped non-smoker and ended up skin and bones. Everyone ended up quitting while I was sick except my son-in law who ran it while I was gone. I went back to work and helped get everything back in somewhat order. It has been very difficult and terrifying because I spent all of my money and had to sell my cars (1.5 million) and my home (2.4 million) and my Lakehouse (1.5 million). Up to this point we have literally lost money every year but I could see that if we could pull this off the rewards would be great as we were creating relationships and manufacturing parts. So the last 3 to 4 months all of the hard work has started to really pay off with lots of work coming in and big customers coming online so the stress is different, more like good stress... We manufacture orthopedic implants and surgical instruments. To note I have lived in high stress my entire working life starting in my Avionics career and everything afterwards was very hard and unforgiving. Stress has never caused me to have nightmares or weird dreams before. I also have a restrained type A personality. Sorry that was long winded...

"The dream starts with me and another (unknown) gentleman walking into a deep underground very large cavern that is lighted (somehow) from a large tunnel."

This dream is interesting because you hold it together for so long, the dark decent is hard spot but you are not lost in the dark, you know the general layout and accept the space as it is, your moving forward with a stranger possibly a version of yourself you aren't familiar with that your trying out hence wandering the cave together. Kinda like a shadow self
I love spiritual symbols and feelings like this, 3 is also a symbolic meaning in this like when we begun manifesting the start of our new dreams or life. The fact that these 3 things feel indestructible and ancient can mean these are elements in your self that you forget to acknowledge, they keep you moving forward even though they instill a sense of respect for there abilities with a healthy dose of fear.

This makes me feel like the fear and conscious awareness to the rock creatures is like always seems to be aware of bad things before hand which allows certain uncertainties to build that help drive you farther in things and away from the wrong areas in your life and endeavors, you use it as a catalyst to spark your way out of the unknown and into something familiar and stable.

"The tunnel kind of entered the building. Once we were there we felt safe from them. That was it..."
It sounds like it was real because the emotion behind it are the same ones you use in your business and everyday life. You trust yourself and your knowlegde and intuition because years of hardships build the warning signs
But part of you... still yearns for those moments of danger.. and chance. But knowing you must always have a safe place to land should it not go the way you desire.

Awesome break down Thank You. I don't think you realize how much of this is very applicable to me. It's funny that the dream literally started as we walked into the chamber and as we ran through the tunnels (as you mentioned) we weren't lost but there was no familiarity to them. I didn't mention that the detail from beginning to end was ultra vivid and high detail which I have only experienced in a few lucid dreams that were pretty crazy, but I remember them like yesterday. I plan on sharing them at some point.

Hi there, welcome and thanks for taking the time. (I say, don't apologize for giving valuable contextual information that might aid with insights, because it also shows you are invested/caring; other posters should be so "long winded", heh.)

I have no clue about your dream messaging-to-you, but I agree it is important. There are some dreams that make it undeniable how vital they are to us, even if they are in a "language" that is often multilayered and confusing compared to the simplicity we are used to. So, consider my reply also to be validation: yes, dreams can be exceptionally important and make themselves known through our intellectual-emotional state (I've had narrator-like voices clue me in and make me pay attention!), and they are very rare for good reasons.

Know that these special dreams are worth your time, worth you considering them from every angle possible until you begin to feel more prepared, more benefited by the dream (this is a measure of progress I use to replace the too-simple dichotomy of confused-->understanding, because it often isn't that straightforward). Knowing this can help put you on more solid/confident footing while you delve in and dwell on all the possibilities--there doesn't have to be just one, which is part of the incredibly flexible communication format. I've had multiple insights from my dreams, and often only after other things have happened in my life (a specific set of circumstances come together or other dreams have unlocked a previously unseen avenue of thought). Sometimes they act like layers of awareness that only become helpful once some other need arises, but the "work" now can help you be ready for later. Good luck on your journey.
