Weird Sleepwalking Habits

Sometimes I sleepwalk and when I wake up my math homework is done (in my writing, too). This is math stuff that I have trouble understanding and the stuff I do when I sleepwalk I complete without any erase marks or anything. I have no memory of doing this either. It had stopped for a while but happened again last night. This morning, along with the homework done, I found a note saying "You're welcome. You're going to have to earn it next time- I don't do work for free." I've also found like $200 (some of it in foreign money) that I have no memory of obtaining. Sometimes I even wake up about to fall down the stairs or something too. Should I be worried? How do I stop it or control it better?

I wrote poetry in my sleep.

TLDR: Please help I need help

Wow! This is some next level sleep disorder potential DID stuff...
Not a doctor I'm not diagnosising anyone. But if I recall right and It appears I did "Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) is often associated with sleep disturbances, including nightmares, insomnia, and even sleepwalking." It sounds similar to someone I know that went though similar but not identical things
But reading up on others experiences from those kinda studies might be of interest to you.
Because sleepwalking folk can do some strange things specially when triggered by stress.

Um yeah I just started wearing my watch at night to track my sleep and it says I'm awake in the middle of the night for like hours on end even though I don't remember any of that. I'll get it checked out 😅

Well, I'm super interested in your sleep journey feel free to come back and share again, or heck even just chit chat in the Rant and Rave area If no dream related. I'd love to see this forum a bit more lively.
